WOD: 2-9-12

At home WOD:  5 rounds for max reps:

1 min AMRAP of:  Air Squats
1 min AMRAP of:  Split Lunges
Push Ups until failure

Rest 2 minutes in between each round

And with him, the storm brought some snow.  As you know the gym is closed, but you have this AHWOD if you were planning on coming into the gym.  This workout is very straight forward with one exception.  The Push Ups must be continuous until failure.  Simply put, you cannot rest at the top or the bottom position of the exercise and if you do so, the set is over.  The end of one Push Ups should be the beginning of the next.
